This American Life gets a lot of milage out of parents with disabled children.
Went deeper into Ballard than I have ever been today.
It’s official. Wall-E is the best Pixar movie yet.
There are a lot of iPhones here… And Apple/Mac t-shirts.
It just occurred to me that I wish kids didn’t attend kids’ movies.
Sitting in the Cinerama, about to see WALL-E
Ugh, meant to start reading Slate’s Supreme Court Breakfast Table (http://is.gd/GVG), but 17 entries is too far in for me to follow.
Fred Willard in in WALL-E? BTW, am going to see it tomorrow.
Jack Block park is easily the most underappreciated park in Seattle.
Since Fire Marshal’s office is near ID, stopping for bubble tea.
Just saw “Nausicaa” at the Northwest Film Forum. I think I’ll see more films there in the future.
On behalf of today’s repeated Wet Hot American Summer soundtrack interruptions, I think I’ll make “Higher and Higher” my ringtone.
That makes TWO WHAS songs this morning. Playing air acoustic guitar now.
Whenever they play a song from WHAS on the radio, I can’t help but act out the corresponding scene. Right now I’m crying and waving my hands

So, I feel like getting a Hunter S. Thompson book to read in Cambodia. I’ve read F&L In Las Vegas and Rum Diaries. Recommendations?
Apparently Flickr lowercases comments typed in all caps. Good feature, but I wanted those caps.
So, is the re-cut trailer meme over yet? Family movie “The Shining”, artsy “Ferris Bueller”, et. al
So, the @richard_dawkins into Not Richard Dawkins has annoyed me, like Fake Ira Glass. I don’t want your “cut it out mean atheists!” spiel.
Tightened up on the gin. Thank you @ylnt for the inspiration.
At SU graduation. Congrats @matinay and @lukejustice!
And Mac has just drove into the middle of UW’s graduation. Figuratively, of course.
Just failed my first opportunity for a YLNT latte name: “Uh, Mark”
Catering graduations depresses me. I need to go back to school.
Despite seeing it half a dozen times or more, I didn’t realize David Cross was in Eternal Sunshine.
Cocktail innovation of the night: Asian canned Thai tea with a shot of rum thrown in.
Harry Hamlin played Perseus in Clash of the Titans. He also voiced Perseus in God of War II.
Hey, my Daring Fireball shirt showed up!
Any reference to “the most dangerous game” is guaranteed to make me giggle.
Given the venue, average guest weight, and choice of music, I suspect this catered event will involve some terrible dancing.
Bus oddly empty and ahead of schedule. Not like I’m complaining.
Looks like I’ll be back on the .Mac/MobileMe wagon.
Steve Jobs is killing the internet
Just landed back in Seattle.
