Trying a mixed brew of licorice and rooibos. I think licorice makes a good mixer, and is good for my throat.
Listening to old men walking dogs yell hello across Calif. Ave, waiting for bus. Hope the TheraFlu kicks in soon.
Really annoyed that the PS2 took the opportunity to freak out right when my eyes start to water as Ed leaves Bebop. And I can hear sea lions
For some reason it’s incredibily cathartic seeing Spike and Jet go all Cool Hand Luke on those eggs. But Bebop is all about the catharsis.
Watching a cruise ship, ferry, and the Space Needle. From my couch.
Jupiter Jazz pts. I & II are some of my favorite Bebop episodes. I enjoy the dark, introspective, winter atmosphere.
Mothership Wit on tap at Talaricos FTW
Instapaper pro for iPhone: bought.
Congrats to Instapaper guy: tilt scrolling is the new hotness. I hope to see it in many more apps. Hope he’s got a patent.
You almost don’t even have to watch Cowboy Bebop to enjoy it, just listen. The 5.1 Remix reissue FTW, BTW.
Definitely loving how the iPhone 2.0 software automatically geotags photos. I’ll be taking a lot more now.
In any case, this battery freakout is leading to some pretty swift RSS skimming.
OK, battery swiftly dropped from 58% to 19%, and now jumped to 71%. WTF.
Seriously, when did my laptop’s battery life drop into the sub-hour range?
Aaaaaand the books are all put away.
Going to get a very neccesary haircut. Then go unpack some more.

That’s actually some pretty serious rain. I’m cozy and dry in my bus shelter here, though.
Project Runway guy is here getting a sandwich. Guess that means he lost.
The amount of Seattlites I see twittering ecstatically about the return of rain warms my mossy heart.
Packing up and planning to move on Sunday!
Work so far not a tremendously positive experience.
Trying out Civilization IV for the first time, am really really excited.
Anxiety.
Nothing like a crazed crackhead lady attacking a UG employee to brighten your day.
Well, I got in an accident in the work van, but we got the apartment!
Hanging out outside Cafe Roselia in White Center. I like this place. Also, cigars smell nice with espresso. Not smoking myself, however.
This is the busiest gas station I’ve ever seen at 1 am. It’s like some sort of open air petroleum scented discothèque.
Really probably a bit too warm. Not Cambodia warm, but still.
Watching badminton: “Strong right! It lands like a butterfly with sore feet…”
DVR + HD = Best Olympics viewing experience ever.
Thanks to @hotdogsladies, having a very bossa nova morning.
Really pumped that my new Iain M. Banks novels showed up early. The Culture series is my favorite new SF discovery.
Evernote.com is starting to prove its worth by helping me copy down apt listings on Craigslist to a usable format on my phone.
Looking like the Admiral district in West Seattle could be my new digs.
We won $34 each at trivia night! I can’t sit on my wallet!
God, I suck at formal telephone calls.
About to watch The Dark Knight
