Instant Watcher
Nice, simple website with one purpose: make browsing the Netflix Instant selection that much easier. It’s barely more than clear, well-organized text. You can easily see what’s new, what’s popular, what the critics liked. It’s so simple and slick that the Netflix site feels so bloated it’s nearly unusable, which is the direction it’s been headed anyway. At some point there was a nominal fee that I gladly paid, just because I’d rather pay a bit for something like this than watch it die from stupid Web 2.0 revenue schemes, but it appears to be free as in beer at this point.
